Our language for July is ARABIC.
Arabic is the official language of a lot of countries in North Africa and the Middle East.
Arabic is written from left to right and in a different script to English.
Arabic has many different dialects.
Modern Arabic came from Classical Arabic, which is very old.
The Quran is written in Classical Arabic.
Arab people come from Western Asia, North Africa, the Horn of Africa and the western Indian Ocean islands.
Arab people were originally tribal people from around the Arabian Desert.
