At Foxfield Primary School, we passionately believe that our children have the right to a broad and balanced curriculum. The curriculum of the school underpins all the learning that takes place and an engaging and inspirational curriculum can foster curiosity and a passion for learning so that children may develop into life-long learners.
Each year the school holds transition meetings for parents as their child moves to a new year group. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity to find out more about the curriculum. There is also an annual curriculum evening for parents, held in the Autumn term where the school shares more detailed information on the curriculum.
To the left of this page please find details of the school curriculum and how it will be covered in the next year. We have also supplied a statement for each subject as well as details of the skills progression within it. Should you require any further information please contact Mr O’Mara Assistant Head for Curriculum.
Please see the tabs to the left for more information for each of the subjects.
