Family Yoga

There are lots of benefits of yoga such as:

·       Develop body awareness

·       Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way

·       Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement

·       Build concentration

·       Increase their confidence and positive self-image

·       Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group

Dru from Yew tree class attended the session with her mum and had this to say;

"The yoga was absolutely amazing, Reena was very talented with her yoga.  I have enjoyed her lessons in class, but it was special to experience this with my mum.  We both felt very relaxed after the session and are both really looking forward to the next session."
